Enjoyed a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a couch in the room. The location turned out to be comfortable and spectacular, close to bars in Williamsport, nice shops, stores, and restaurants and attractions in downtown Williamsport.

Great and absolutely charming hotel located in a beautiful area short walk to attractions in downtown Williamsport, great restaurants and breweries and awesome pubs and restaurants. A double room with a pullout couch, big bathrooms. Marvellous location, not too far away from Market Street Bridge.

The hotel has an awesome position close to everything in town. The beds in our double room were exceptionally comfortable. It's a short walk to the riverwalk as well as the shops in town. It's a super close walk to Market Street Bridge.

Central location just next door to the shops in town as well as many restaurants and bars, it was in a secure area.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this trendy boutique hotel. The rooms were brand-new and large with open bathrooms. There were a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The location, just next door to bars in Williamsport and the riverwalk, was very convenient.

The moment I walked into the hotel, I was captivated by the gorgeous design and Victorian charm. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful original moldings that added a touch of elegance. Additionally, the location in downtown was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend City Hall Grand for a memorable stay.

While my stay at City Hall Grand was wonderful, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. the lack of a mirror over the bathroom sink and no outlet near the wall mirror made personal grooming and makeup application a bit challenging.

The room had a pullout couch, the food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and all of the staff was helpful and attentive to guests.

Asked for quadruple room and it was well-equipped and themed with a pullout couch. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator were very handy.

We had an exceptional experience staying at this unique hotel. The conservation efforts were evident as the lights were sensor-operated, showcasing their dedication to sustainability. The check-in process was a bit confusing initially, but the prompt response from the staff immediately resolved our concerns. The historical preservation of the property was truly impressive, as it brought back fond memories of growing up in the area. For our stay, we had a room called "The Flood Room," which was a nostalgic reminder of the 1972 flood. The room was impeccably maintained and the parking spot allocation made our arrival hassle-free.

The open shower design in the room felt a bit strange and lacked the desired privacy.

I had unique modern room with board games and a pullout couch and Billiard table. The location close to city centre was good and excellent.

The bed was a bit hard, unfortunately.

Nice styled room with Billiard table, very large bathroom plus a pullout couch, and the pool was nice. Everything here was great. It was in a central setting close to everything in town.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unprofessional.
